The Emblem was in the prime location of Old Town Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean! Housekeeping lady was very sweet and attentive if we needed anything. Overall stay 10/10 my only gripe is the keys to get into room and gate can sometimes be a pain. Other than that, no complaints!

stayed at The Mozart Prague for 5 nights, May 19 through 24, 2026 and while the hotel itself is beautiful, my experience was disappointing because of how a simple issue was handled. The location is fantastic, the building is stunning, and the room was lovely. Breakfast was good, and overall the property has a lot of charm. However, from the first day of my stay, the TV in my room was not working properly. I called the front desk multiple times every single day and repeatedly asked for it to be fixed so I could watch Netflix in the evenings. One staff member came to the room, confirmed there was an issue with the TV, and told me maintenance would take care of it. Unfortunately, that never happened. I stayed for 5 nights and the problem was never resolved despite my repeated requests. What frustrated me most was not the broken TV itself, but the lack of follow-through and communication. After a long day of sightseeing, I simply wanted to relax in my room, and I felt my concerns were largely ignored. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much better customer service and attention to guest requests. It’s unfortunate because everything else about the hotel was wonderful. Had the staff addressed the issue in a timely manner, this would have easily been a 5-star stay. Beautiful hotel, great location, but the lack of response to a maintenance issue left a disappointing impression.

Everything was ok EXCEPT: 1) Bed mattress was uncomfortable.. hole in the center when you lay down.. Work up every morning with lower back pain.. 2) Bathroom smelled like musky sewer water.. made the whole room stink even though we left the fan on. 3) Bed sheet have never been changed.. Stains and old lint in the bed sheets.. 4) we asked housekeeping not to come into the room as we were going to come back. the minute we left, housekeeping enter the room. We specifically instructed her not to enter the room until we put the cleaning sign on the door. She did not accommodate our request.😕 This is a honest review.. I will also be leaving a review in my own social media to share about my experience..

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were very impressed with the service throughout our visit. A special thank you goes to Alexandr and Natalia in the lounge. They were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. Alexandr provided outstanding service with a warm and welcoming attitude, making every visit to the lounge enjoyable. Natalia was equally amazing—kind, helpful, and always attentive to guests. Their dedication to providing excellent customer service truly made our stay more memorable. The hotel itself was excellent, but Alexandr and Natalia’s exceptional hospitality was the highlight of our experience. We sincerely appreciate all their hard work and look forward to returning in the future.
