After cheking in, I was offered two loft rooms with twin beds. It had ceiling hight about 4 feet. I was told that it's hotel manager's decision despite there was a request to have double room with a king size bed.
After further request and complain, this was changed next day to a satisfactory room.
Breakfast options were excellent. Hotel is situated in the centre from where you can walk to most tourist attractions.
Overall, I would class this was a good stay. I suggest hotel should contact guests if request can not be offered. Clearly if I would have known property will give me a loft room, i would have not booked this hotel. This raise health and safety issue living in those rooms.
