Checkin was disappointing , not accommodating at all and cranky every time we had to deal with the front desk. It would not hurt to smile at the guests. We have been here 3 other times and seems to be getting worse. Very disappointed.

I had an amazing stay at Mövenpick Resort Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel is beautiful, the views are breathtaking, and the atmosphere was relaxing from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service throughout the resort was excellent.
A special thank you to Omar at the front reception for his kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome. He made the check-in process smooth and was always helpful whenever we needed anything. Also, a big thank you to Mr. Tamer for his outstanding hospitality and care during our stay. Their excellent customer service truly made our experience even more memorable.
The staff overall were friendly and attentive, and the resort had everything needed for a perfect vacation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh, and I look forward to coming back again soon.
