Great location and friendly staff. A beautiful boutique hotel spacious and comfortable room well appointed and welcome bottle of sparkling wine which was very nice. We only breakfast once at the hotel which was lovely with plenty of choice.

What a beautiful hotel. The receptionist was welcoming and spoke perfect English. The decor with the mix of old and new was really well done, fresh and spotlessly clean. Nice touches with cups and saucers, iron, safe and a long shoe horn i didn't know I needed in my life until now!! We enjoyed the sauna which was free to use. Brilliant location to explore the old town and elsewhere in Krakow. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended this hotel. Nicely situated if you enjoy a pleasant stroll to town square. Hotel staff exceptional from room to restaurant. I also used the spa a wee hidden gem don’t leave the hotel without booking a treatment the massage was exceptional. Can’t wait to return
