Location excellent as right in the centre of Liverpool. Room was clean and staff friendly, but I hated the decor throughout the hotel - very odd and dark. The room didn't have aircon so quite hot and you not able to open the window more than a couple of inches. Bar in Hotel was poorly stocked.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel .super friendly staff that made you feel very welcome one especially showed us round a couple of rooms is name was Alex he was amazing and very professional at his job service was great
I will be staying here again loved it so relaxed ‘chilled and a boss atmosphere . Best hotel in Liverpool ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
