Staff were very helpful throughout our staff and available at all times Hotel was easy to find, had parking bright next to the venue at a reasonable additional cost. Very central Facilities on campus were a great addition Room was clean and had all we needed Bed a little hard but that’s just my preference

It was ok

Very run down building, staff hardly acknowledged us at Reception upon arrival. We were not advised in advance that there was a wedding party and an 80’s night taking place so getting to sleep was very difficult due to the music going on until 1.00pm. Toilet blocked first night and we had to change rooms. Vomit staining on bedroom carpet. They say they are pet friendly but part way through our breakfast we were asked to move out of the restaurant into the bar as we had our Cockerpoo Rosie with us - they could have told us this information upon arrival. Shower was poor - no water if next door having a shower at the same time! Staff not interested in feedback.

Lots of space in the car park which is so needed in Stratford! The room was a Tudor room, small but well laid out with everything we needed. Breakfast was tasty. Fantastic location.

Brilliant and very helpful staff, Cristina particularly so. Everyone seemed anxious to help and make things easy. Air con particularly cold and difficult to turn off but reception came to my rescue. Otherwise a great stay, very quiet and clean room, definitely would recommend staying there and so close to the NEC.
