Wires hanging out of wall in bathroom. Could not get consistent temperature or pressure in shower we both got scalded as it would just randomly change temperature to full hot. Furniture and carpets dirty and worn. Cleaning staff placed our dirty shoes on the couch when they cleaned which is just nasty. Not worth paying $900 CAD/night for sure.

Lovely hotel in great location in Interlaken for walking. Well maintained. Wonderful outdoor and indoor pools and spa. Good variety of restaurants. Can’t fault it.
