La camera era pulitissima e più grande delle misure standard, mentre il personale è stato davvero professionale. "Good location , but on a very very noisy rail / bus thoroughfare right outside window , one night at 3am grinding the rail tracks for 1 hr for maintenance, hotel said not told that was going to happen . Room very dusty , dust & fluff on floors. Can’t leave windows / doors open due to smell of cigarette smoke coming through . Stuffy at night as needed to keep doors closed as you can’t sleep with outside noise on road till late hours and trams . Pillows way to soft msg as well sleep straight on mattress."

"We loved the great location! We walked to most attractions within 10 minutes. The several times a week markets is right around corner. It has washing and drying machines for people to use for free. It is very quiet at night and safe! Breakfast is very good with dishes carefully selected and prepared. Hotel provides free coffee and tea and great taste ice water all day. We will return to this hotel again and highly recommend this hotel. Bern is full of history and culture—from the Middle Ages to Einstein and beyond! Well worth visiting!"

"It was a very nice room and a very clean hotel. However, be aware that there’s a transparent shower window into the bedroom so if you are not traveling with your spouse or partner, you might want to consider that. It’s somewhat opaque at the bottom but still awkward. I asked the front desk if there were any other room rooms and she said all the rooms are the same. Otherwise, the price was great great staff great hotel."

"This location is very convenient. Steps away from Bern Wankdorf. (1 stop away) from Bern main station. Coop convenient on the side but big other groceries on the side. It is quiet and cozy here. There is a kitchen inside the rooms but I like to use their common kitchen and hang out area. It is cozy and you can cook whatever you want. Some people have left their spices for everyone to share so you dont need to really buy them. There's also shampoo/body wash in the room. Roon is super clean. Very friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend. It is like your home away from home. There are pans, cooking wares, plates, glasses all kitchen stuff you need so no need to bring from home. They even provide dishwashing liquid also laundry pods (laundry is not free) but pods are free. You can also iron your clothes. If you have a luggage its so convenient because it is steps away from station."
