Lovely place to stay. Great location, lovely staff and fabulous breakfast

Staff all very helpful, assisting with tourist info and dining recomendations. Due to our early check-out we were offered a breakfast bag of goodies which were all fresh. Great service on all ronts.

Room was clean, spacious and bathroom was perfect. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you. Would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect near to absolutely everything. A perfect stay thank you for everything!

Perfect place to stay, convenient location, 15 min walk from a direct tram (number 4) to centraal station. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless. Hotel bar is beautiful and cozy. Reception area lovely. Staff there were always incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. The room (Deluxe) was huge, well placed mirrors, wardrobe size was great, shower was always good, bed was GIANT, with soft sheets and a comfy mattress. TV was in a great spot so was always comfortable to watch. Limited options for the TV of what to watch unless renting a film (roughly £10 each). The spa area was amazing. It was so clean, and well maintained. We were fortunate enough to experience the spa hut to ourselves my partner and I. The spa shuts at 10pm so a late night spa trip was the way to go. We would get what felt like private use of the pool, sauna and steam room and a little shower before leaving! Just all round a 5 star hotel and I couldn’t have been more grateful to have the opportunity to stay here, it allowed for me and my partner to have the best anniversary we could’ve asked for. Amazing staff who anticipated and handled every possible need. The Concierge, Brian, arranged our transportation from the airport, via email, while we were still in California, and rebooked it several times because we had so many flight delays and cancellations. He also arranged a tour of Amsterdam that was fantastic. Then when my daughter needed medical attention, he arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel. Very efficient and friendly and caring. Couldn’t ask for more.

We liked that it is centrally located to everything and a block away from the canal. The building is located in a quiet street, so it was quuet which was great because I'm a light sleeper. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly. The room is small so not suitable for 2 people with large suitcases/bags. It doesn't have a closet, and only has a rod with 6 hangers. The bathroom and toilet are in the same space, and it's small too. The shower doesn't have a shower curtain so the floor got a little messy after each shower. No free body soap, shampoo or conditioner. The elevator is also small. It can only accommodate 1 people with a suitcase/backpack or 2 people with no suitcase/backpack. Ameneties in the room: TV with Netflix if you want to log in with your account. No electric pitcher for tea or coffee, refrigerator, or microwave - so you can't make your own food/drink.
