We are regulars there. and are back again in April. The hotel is huge, in a quiet, out of town location and can have 500-800 guests at a time. Lots of free parking. It is being refurbished from 6th floor down. Communal chairs and tables are mostly new. The Spa needs massive investment to re-open so don't rely on it being open soon. Food is OK and was slightly better than it was in November but they cant do miracles at the price points they offer. Fish dishes are good. They cater to guests from all over Europe so you may need to find the staff members that can fully understand quickly spoken accented English. (Or French or German or even Spanish as they use a lot of Dutch interns) . For us as we are not big drinkers, HB is better value than AI while the main Spa pools are closed.

Room was spacious, good storage space, bathroom room spacious but shower very basic. The hotel has obviously been freshened up but still feels very much a seventies/eighties hotel. The hotel is ideally situated for beach, walks,shops,bars, restaurants and transportation. Buffet breakfast very good. Staff and service FIVE STAR for attentiveness, charm and friendliness.

Property fairly well kept, rooms could maybe be updated/modernised but not major concern. Could not access tv smart functions. Comfortable beds, rooms cleaned everyday. Food okay.

Fantastic large room, bright and very clean. This hotel is very relaxing with amazing staff. It is ideal for couples looking for a relaxing luxurious holiday.
