The front desk agents were very helpful and attentive. The called my taxi and help me with my reservation to Christ the Redeemer. One of them even print and rescheduled my reservation!

The hotel was located in a great area Accessible to restaurants, shopping etc Our room was a little out dated The bathroom was very dark, the towels were very very old, had holes on it The sheets were also old First day we needed to ask for soap in the shower, the light at the entrance was not working We told the housekeeper and they took care of the problem My friend’s room was very nice, the bathroom very nice, not dark as mine Her sheets very nice also, new A little disappointed because they told me at the check in that we had an upgrade Our room faced an old, ugly building But for just one night was ok, but not to staying for more than a night The breakfast was ok The staff very nice, very helpful
