I was here 2 years ago, the price was $130/150 for a bedroom , great deal then
Small rooms even by European standards .
Today it was close to $400 ......why the jump .Same place !
Clean inside, the tiny balcony was not usable too much pigeon dropping all over .Needs major cleaning .
Overprice for what it is .
Love their filtered water machine in the dining room .

I was in Biarritz for just one night and this was an awesome place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed, a comfortable bed, very clean, and amazing location. I easily walked to town and to all the beaches from this location. I would definitely stay here again! The breakfast is also worth getting. Many thanks!

"Great location in the centre of town and handy for everything. Really enjoyed the breakfast, plenty of choice and home made jams were delicious. Sylvie was so helpful in highlighting all the sights we might want to see as well as restaurants to go to and day trips out of town."
