Lovely hotel and staff. Spa was amazing. Please include mojito’s in the all inclusive before I return for another stay.

Lovely grounds but the hotel is very dated and lack of staff

Lovely hotel , staying in October outside of any school holidays, so hotel not too busy , plenty of sun loungers, attentive staff, place felt very clean, tidy and well maintained. The all inclusive was excellent, enjoyed working though the cocktail menu. Good dining options, the app was very useful - should promote that more, with QR codes etc.. in reception. Friendly reception, very helpful booking taxis. Few times we got taxi to Kos town, then walked back. All very flat - so easy walking. Booked excursion and went to Zia for sunset in the mountains, which was beautiful. Also managed to squeeze in boat ride to Bodrum, Turkey. Overall really impressed with Kos and would certainly come back and stay at the same hotel. Indoor adult pool in the spa was a hidden gem. If the outdoor pools were a few degrees warmer I’d have swam in them more, but the sea was a little warmer and beautiful, so clear.. happily swam in the sea everyday - hotel is in great spot to enjoy the sea.

What a fantastic hotel and so much to do for kids and adults. The staff were all so helpful and went above and beyond. I wish we could have stayed longer

The property is quite old,we stayed at suite room number 26 but just the name is suite not it self at all. Very old furniture ,bsthroom is very old,i but the room was big. The toilets at wayerpark is not clean enough. The internet is our room was very weak and could not use it. The beach towels are for 10 euro deposit they do not accept credit card or USD. Over all doent worth the money we paid for it.

The architecture of the hotel Platanista is gorgeous. I loved everything about this hotel. Beautiful property. Great swimming pools and a nice close by private beach. Superb hotel ! Highly recommended !

Nice location, good pools, nice beach. Good and fresh drinks at bars. Especially good service at Main Bar next to the pool. Buffet is low standard for lunch and dinner. From a 5 star resort one would expect significantly higher standard-no variety, not good display and not tasty. Specialty restaurants were nice and tasty.
