I think it’s very important that you let the Public know when they stay with you that if they want a bottle of water that is 12 ounces in their room that water will cost over $11.00. It’s one thing to charge for beverage. It’s another thing to gouge your members and hotel guests. Turn down service used to be normal for a hotel of this class. I was sorry to see that go away.

This will be our must do stay with visiting Memphis,TN. The staff was impeccable, the cleanliness, view from our room on the 15th floor all the way up to the rooftop bar.

The staff in the front weren’t very friendly in the front. I arrived at 3:45, my checking was 4:00 and they still charged me 25 dollars. I also chose this hotel because of the hot tub that was posted on their listing, which isn’t there anymore. Over all it was a pretty decent stay .
