Nice, clean rooms. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food options were good and not expensive. I’ll stay there again if I go to Las Vegas. I enjoyed being off the strip.

room is very spacious, bathrooms were very roomy and well equipped, the only thing i didn't like was the safe was broken and i had to call maintenence whom repaired the the safe, the fridge was too tiny to store anything except for a few bottles of water, my biggest complaint of this large suite was the beds were so soft i could feel the bottom of the frame and the pillows were too mushy making sleeping an adventure, i also want to point out the casino has no american restaurant for breakfast, all they have is an eggslut and a bunch of fast food places
my overall rating of the rio hotel and casino is a 7.1

I did like that the property was away from the strip. What I did not like was the size of the room/Villa ! The villa was not as LARGE as the pictures depict ! The staff was very helpful and nice !
