"It was multiple days. I requested my room to be clean for the day and was not about time. I got back to the room. 4-5 hrs later"

"My husband and I stayed at the rio for a little weekend getaway. We enjoyed everything so much. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. Check in/check out was super easy as they have tablets for a self check in/check out available. We stayed in a remodeled room and it was so clean and spacious. To me the biggest thing is always the bed and the bathroom. Bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was very clean as well. I would definitely recommend a stay at the rio and we will be coming back!"

"Kinda dirty. Kinda smelly. Kinda old. Lots of hookers. Staff wasn’t especially friendly, cooperative, or helpful. Air conditioning was loud and didn’t reliably work. Sink would back up overnight and fill with black sludge. It’s too bad, really. Location was convenient. I tried to make it work but staff was inflexible. Probably won’t be doing that again."

"When I checked into the room, the lady said that she would send up extra blankets and pillows and towels, but she did not and I had to call and remind them. However, I understand how busy it can be. We ate at the restaurant in the casino and the quesadilla had chicken bone in it and the waffle fries had a couple black fries. They did comp the quesadilla but left the fries as is. Overall, the stay was good."
