"Grounds had trash from entering to parking. Room had bottle caps and trash from old residents. Bathroom was good no issues there. Check out was slow and check in."

As of April 2026 the Masquerede Tower rooms are not updated, although the bedding was clean, it overall felt very outdated and in need of some work; paint peeling, stained carpets, old and dirty furniture. The main hotel was great, but would not recommend the Masquerede Tower unless it gets renovated."

"Would not stay here again, property dated, elevator broken, had to use stairs to get to room on 3rd Floor, very inconvenient, pillows were flat, kitchen was fully equipped so that helped a bit."

"The Orleans is great! The rooms are clean, well appointed and have great views of the Strip. The staff is very helpful and kind throughout. Bowling leagues, movie theaters, great food, music, pool/spa and of course the bars and gambling made it a fun weekend for our family!"
