"Upon arrival,self check in didn't recognize anything but my name for reservations and was trying to recharge me so I went to the counter. Counter check in staff were very nice and got me in a room. I had plans to tend an all day event that had just opened and was ready to get dressed and go in a hurry. Only when I got to my room it was so unbelievably stuffy and the air wasn't working. I went back downstairs and the desk staff was able to accommodate and give me a new room. Exhausted from lugging my luggage up and down and trying the get to an event we were finally in a room.the last night we were there we were woken out of a dead sleep for an emergency evacuation at just after 11 pm with loud alarms,strobes and recordings blairomg in our room saying evacuate and only use stairs. We were on the 20 th floor!!! We grabbed the important stuff,left our other belongings only to walk down 20 floors worth of stairwell. Then we sat on the parking lot with hundreds of half asleep people,families,and people in walkers,until my friend called the hotel and they said false alarm you can return. Nobody was directing us or letting us know when to go back in. Crazy! So we finally make it back to our room and we're going to have a pool day. They closed the pool due to winds they said. But then later on I see people using the attraction up top where you zip down on the line from the tower. So we can't use the amenities because of winds but people can pay you to use your attraction.Horrible!sux"

"Blocked pipes in bath tub and basin, old carpet, disfunctional safe, blinking light bulbs in the room, it was like a hell! I was at Paris Hotel in 2010 and with tha expectation booked this time round but absolutely regret it. Imagine just before going for your tour and the safe doesn’t open and asking for security to help and coming so late! Lots of cortisol and stress for everything. They have covered the beautiful cobblestones of the casino area with a black plastic cover!!! Don’t book!"
