Small, quiet hotel with a fantastic location in the Arts District. Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfortable and the shower is great. I did wish that the hotel had a gym. One thing to keep in mind is First Friday, which is a loud street festival that takes place on the first Friday of every month. If your room faces Main you will hear it. We managed to fall asleep by 11, though. I would stay at this hotel again without question.

The English Hotel was an unexpected surprise. Beautifully appointed and a highly focused team of staff. Located in the downtown arts area of Las Vegas and away from the strip, we found retro vintage clothing stores antique shops and more breweries than expected. Walkable dining made this hotel the perfect hidden gem. No casino on the premises so if that’s your thing, this is not your spot. I loved the relaxed atmosphere and truly off beat but entirely on brand artwork. This is a run don’t walk location.

The room and patio were very nice and the staff was terrific. We stayed at The English because it is close to the Smith Center for the Performing Arts. It's nice to find a boutique hotel in Vegas where you have free parking and don't have to walk a mile from the parking to your room or traipse through a noisy casino to get anywhere. The only negatives were inadequate parking (we had to park on the street), and the Todd English restaurant is now closed and being renovated by Marriott.

The room needs a coffee pot and microwave instead of the bar cart. For the price it isn't a great place. No amenities and the restaurant has closed. Friendly employees and a variety of breakfast snacks and drinks in the morning.

This was a great place to stay in Vegas if you wanna avoid the craziness on the trip. It was quiet no smoke no gambling and had an amazing restaurant right next-door.

The best staff! You are greeted whenever you enter the hotel. I was there for five days in a work trip, and I never failed to get a “welcome back” at the end of the day. I do wish there was space in the bathroom to place toiletries. I also find it hard to believe that there have been no mishaps with that stool on wheels; maybe a mat under it would be a good idea. Rooms are kept very clean.

Great great great front desk crew. Friendly and always had answers to any question and just felt really authentic. Door guy and cleaning staff too. Everyone was super chill. Only thing was no business center. We work remote and needed to take turns in the room bc we both have meetings. But hey it’s a new type of consumer need and sounds like ya’ll will be building that soon. Another thing was no room service. It’s a nice-to have though not a necessity. I really loved our stay. Great locations. Great interior design. Great artist displays. Beautiful gardens.

We stayed for 4 year anniversary and they made it as magical as I expected they even gavs us tokens during our stay which allowed us to have discounted or free food for lunch,dinner, and breakfast. This also included drinks the restaurant and staff were amazing next time we go to Vegas we will be staying here again

The TV and phone did not work due to a storm 3 days prior. I don’t know how long it took to fix as we had to leave for dinner res. They were fixed when we got be 3 hours later. There was poop unflushed in the toilet when we arrived at our room. I had asked for a Mountain View but got a view of the pool and restaurant. The hotel is nice and rooms are very small but comfortable. There is lots of water available 24/7 and good coffee in the a.m. The Pepper Club reston site is excellent

This property looks very nice but it is quite loud and the blackout shades are not really blackout. A lot of light came in through the shades and under the doors. I think an upgrade to the room doors to help the noise and light would make a huge difference. The hotel staff was friendly but not very helpful. As we were leaving we were carrying our luggage down the hallway and a hotel staffer was standing by the door and didn't even attempt to help open the door for us. The bar did have very good service however and the hotel has a nice look to it. But I don't believe the price was in line with the quality.
