Atlantic Islands of Galicia National Park Adventure Holidays

Difficult to grade as we arrived quite late and left early. The issue we had was that messages were not being delivered regarding check-in from the hotel. There is a note on the Expedia system that says "staff may not be available and check-in codes will be provided". We never received such codes and as such panicked calls were needed by us to Expedia on the day of arrival. They couldn't get in touch with anyone here and we were left wondering what might happen. Finally we spoke to someone who assured us someone would be there to help when we arrived at around 8pm. From then on it was fine, although the door key didn't work initially. Staff that greeted us were pleasant.

Sara the receptionist was very kind and helpful. There was a bus close to the hotel that took us to Santiago de Compostela.

Lovely spot. Slightly out of the old town which in my opinion is the place to be for atmosphere and authenticity but a lovely hotel nonetheless

Very friendly and gracious staff. Clean and very comfortable room. Delicious bottle of chilled wine was waiting for us in the room. Large and well appointed bathroom. Property is beautiful with outdoor seating and a comfortable lobby bar area for coffee in the morning (in room kettle comes with tea only). There is a cute little gym on the top floor. Small sauna is available at the gym, but you have to pay and then wait for it to heat up. One glitch in the room was that the TV remote was not working and the front desk staff was unable to fix/replace it. This happened right when the FIFA final was on! We figured out how to use the buttons on the TV to get to the game and watch España win!!

For those looking to surrender to the gentle rhythm of the land and ocean, this haven is absolute perfection. It remains beautifully quiet and completely undisturbed. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, making our restful getaway all the more tranquil."

Perfect place from which to explore Santiago, but bring comfy walking shoes.
