Such a great experience, I will definitely return the next time I visit.

I don’t want to give a 3 but the experience has dropped from last year. The apt wasn’t clean enough as there were some stains on the wall and doors and hair in bathrooms. You get the vibe from reception that they would rather not deal with the VRBO guests. Also Expedia how does a Platinum tier member even access the 25% discount on food and beverage? The management wasn’t very responsive to requests for more Nespresso pods and we had a problem with the washing machine. If i didn't think these were all fixable I would give a 3 rating but hoping they improve so gave a 4. The area is great!

Clean room, good neighborhood and Water was hot and the TV had netflix and Youtube

I loved the feel of the property. It’s gorgeous and located in a very nice neighborhood. They do have open areas and the noise can filter up to the rooms, but there was nothing late into the day. The reception personnel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was really cute. I wanted my server to be just a bit more attentive, but it was not poor service by any means. My bed was comfortable and the rooms are spacious. I don’t care for showers with no doors, but most of the water managed to stay within. It is a bit pricey, but I splurged for vacation. If I’m ever in the splurging mood again, I’ll be there.

Everything was exactly as advertised and great

Arrived super early after a cruise, the staff took care of me and let me stash my bags for awhile. Gave me access to the gym/pool area and then called me when my room was available. Thank you for the assistance! Room was spacious and clean. Nice finish to vacation
