En términos generales diría que el hotel esta regular. Los jugos para las bebidas son malos y la disponibilidad de restaurantes por reservacion es bien limitada.

Comfortable, very clean and well maintained property. Excellent customer service. Friendly staff who are very accommodating. Close to shopping, restaurants and many other facilities. Daily day and evening programs to keep customers entertained.

We had a great experience at Fiesta Americana Condesa. I proposed to my girlfriend and I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Fabian and Margarita at the Concierge. They made the experience effortless and I cannot thank them enough. JJ and Oscar gave excellent pool and beach service and we were very satisfied with the experience. We had the premium room with a plunge pool. The plunge pool could have been cleaner, however I think the issue was things would fall in, not something they can really control. The bathroom had a very spacious shower. The room was comfortable all around. They were not

The food was 3.5 out of 5. The service was above average. They need more reservation times for the dinners. Need an extra server or two by the pools. The facilites are in good condition. Nice beach pool bar! I would recommend this place! I just wish the food was better! But the 24 hour room service is fantastic!

The property was clean, staff were friendly and attentive, plenty to do on or around the resort. My only issue was with the food, very rarely did I enjoy it, and I even got very sick for a whole day from some of the food/ice. Overall experience, 8.5/10.

The experience at this resort was UNREAL! I am at a loss for words. Beach & beach service = PERFECT! I highly recommend upgrading to Excellence Club if possible and getting the Swim up Suite. Each restaurant was great, especially lobster house. The staff was outstanding and super kind, they appreciate your tips and kind words. I would absolutely return and recommend this to anyone. The ONLY and I mean ONLY complaint I can think of is long waits at restaurants BUT it was only at 2 out of the 4 we went to, and it was PACKED... this is pretty par for the course at these all inclusive's, but you need to just go early!
