Two elevators were out of service which was a little inconvenient. Our a/c was slow to work but did end up doing the job. Staff at check in was fabulous. We enjoyed using the pool table. I felt our room was a little worse for wear overall. Cute decor, good location.

Loved the live music every night by the pool bar. The room was updated and clean. We had a great view of the ocean in the Kai Tower. Filtered water was nice to have. Felt safe and secure.
