We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Waikiki Beach. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Waikiki Beach, Ala Moana Center, and many great restaurants and shops. It made getting around incredibly convenient.
The facilities are well maintained and complete, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the common areas were beautiful. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.
We especially appreciated the overall atmosphere, quality of service, and convenience of the property. It is an excellent choice for both family vacations and relaxing getaways. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip to Hawaii and highly recommend it to others.
