Room cleanliness could use more attention to detail, WiFi didn’t work in the rooms but fine on the grounds. Difficulty making reservations at restaurants, we would have loved to try them all. Food was great and staff was very friendly

The viceroy sugar beach exceeded our expectations. The staff is formerly and goes above and beyond to help. Our room was clean and beautiful. The property is easy to get spring and breathtaking. Pictures do not do this property justice. I cannot wait to stay here again!
