Property was good. Staff was great, although it would have been better if they could speak better English. Breakfast buffet was average at best with very limited choices and very few tables with tower view. We stayed for 5 days and my daughters only ate breakfast here the first day, they skipped the last 4 days. For this reason, this hotel only deserves 3 stars from us.

Lovely quiet area, 3 mins walk to shining station where you can get a train straight to Tokyo station- 3 stops. Hotel was gorgeous. Lovely big modern rooms and a fabulous breakfast.

We loved our stay. Beautiful hotel, with beautiful gardens, and spacious rooms. Great breakfast choices in the Club lounge breakfast. Convenient for access to the Shinkansen and airport trains
