The TRS Turquesa Hotel is older than the other Palladian resorts near it and therefore, could use some renovation. We found everything about the romance swim-out room delightful except for the lack of closet space and lack of a dresser despite there being plenty of room for a large one. Our butler, Edward, was very helpful and an all-around great guy! Our housekeeper Nancy was also amazing! With access to the 5 other resorts, it would be next to impossible to see all, do all & get to all especially without the easily accessible free transportation. It was extremely helpful and the drivers were all great! The beach was beautiful!! There are a lot of vendors who came up to us multiple times a day each day, but none were rude. For the most part, the food and drinks were wonderful. The wait staff and bartenders were very pleasant and fun!
