The staff were so helpful and friendly, they gave us a map when we arrived and showed us where the main ateas of interests were, we also had a welcome drink which was very thoughtful. The breakfast was delicious, healthy and varied, the room was very spacious and clean. The hotel location was very central to the old town and everywhere was within walking distance, excellent all round and we would definitely return! Thank you for a wonderful few days.

The room was perfect.It was clean with a large tub, bath salts, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, large towels with heated towel rack. There was a cofee machine in the room as well as the lobby, which also had a lounge. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very beautiful and secure. It was centrally located. The staff were friendly and always happy to give recommendations. There was one exception. Raul wasn't necessarily rude, but didn't seem very friendly or helpful. Overall, I would recommend staying there.

The staff were incredibly friendly, always saying hello in passing, and couldn't do enough to help. Reception even loaned us a European plug adaptor at no charge after we forgot ours. The room was clean and large. We upgraded to include access to the Executive Lounge, which is highly recommended - a bargain - and offers a great aerial view of the city. A beautiful hotel and we would definitely stay here again

The rooms were exceptionally clean. I love that you had walk-in showers. The temperature of the room was comfortable. Some nice treats were included -- Free water daily, macaroons one night. Olga at the front desk was particularly helpful.
