The staff were super responsive by messaging prior to arrival and in person once at the hotel. This is a great location with water access and walking distance to many things. The hotel has a great outdoor area and nice layout for breakfast. Very pleased with everything about our stay!

Excellent stay. Wonderful breakfast with a great selection of food n drinks. Very friendly n helpful staff. Their iron was the best!!! 😆 The AC was wonderful in the room. Bed comfy. The gym was a little small but had free weights n even a yoga ball.

I have stayed at the Luna Baglioni Venezia in the past, and on this visit I found the same 5 star service experienced on previous stays. This hotel is a delight, with very helpful, courteous, and friendly staff; large wonderful rooms; a great restaurant, well maintained and clean environments, and services that were always efficiently provided (some without extra charges). We felt so comfortable that we extended our stay to enjoy the magic of Venice and the San Marco square which is only steps from the hotel. This remains my favorite hotel when in Venice.
