Nice location away from all the chaos

Clean close to the strip

Hotel was clean and breakfast ok. Very poor customer service on arrival. Ignored at check in and unwelcoming. Delay on room being ready. First impressions count!

Staff were friendly and courteous. Room was clean. A/C was a little loud at times. I was completely surprised that room service ends 10pm same or earlier as much of the other food options at the hotel. I could not believe this as it was a Friday night. So plan accordingly.

Hotel is beautiful but everything is digital and nothing works. Could not check out either by TV or their digital concierge. Have not had to stand in line for ten years. Even their parking requires that you scan a code and set up an account. Hotel nearly empty. Maybe I am not the only onr

Room staff was great! Kept room straightened. Were missing some towels but they were quick to get. Restaurant was tasty and service was awesome. Great location. Would definitely come back. Lobby staff were helpful and personable

All staff we came into contact with from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast/happy hour to doormen were super attentive, very friendly and seemed to sincerely see us. The happy hour/dinner and breakfast provided surprisingly good food, lots of variety and very generous pours! Sonia was a standout and we looked forward to seeing her each evening. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Room nicely appointed and clean.
