9/10 Wonderful! (1,002 reviews)
I’ve stayed here for many years and always had a pleasant stay. Comfortable beds and good rooms. The hotel is well situated, close to rail and underground like. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
My room is starting to show its age. For example, the carpet and bathroom faucet could use some attention.

Excellent hotel would definitely stay here again. Well placed for the South Ken tube too and a 10 min walk to Harrods

8/10 Very good! (1,006 reviews)
Room was a bit different from the pictures when we booked it especially the bathroom. I'd say the room was clean and good for a short stay but you're not getting the room you booked.
The bathroom looked like a plastic bathroom you'd find in campervans, there was mold and a very specific smell that I can't describe.
This is not what the pictures advertised.
The area was amazing though, so many shops, food places etc. I'd recommend just for the area.
