8.2/10 Very good! (804 reviews)
The room was filled with dust and spider webs, and it did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The bathroom also had a strong urine smell. In addition, the shower was poorly designed, causing water to constantly spill onto and soak the bathroom floor.

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,000 reviews)
Wonderful hotel in a quiet neighborhood, yet only a 20 minute walk to Marienplatz.
Excellent breakfast and nice bar. The staff was very helpful.
Easy parking in the hotel's garage at a small fee. We would definitely stay here again.
