When shower water came out of the shower one of the sinks in bathroom, water stays and doesn't go down for long time

Had a really great stay at the Eurostars - would definitely recommend. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout, and the location is excellent for getting around with easy access to both the metro and train. There are also plenty of good local restaurants and bars within walking distance. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was really nice, with a wonderful big bed that was super comfortable. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. My only minor negative was that the floor in the bathroom was quite slippy when wet so you had to be careful. Overall though, a great hotel and I would happily stay again.

Great location? I would definitely stay here again.

Property is stunning. The outside is modest so you can’t see how deep the property is and sizable the rooms are. We stayed in a suite for a lower price than other bigger known properties. The one issue was check in. I reached out weeks in advance for earlier check in and was told that if we paid a small fee we could guarantee it. When we arrived (which was early morning from an overnight flight), the person at front desk had no sense of urgency (though very nice). She said the current guests had until 12pm to check out. We waited hours by the pool and when 12:15 arrived, I asked her status she hadn’t even called them to let them know pending check out. My family and I were exhausted from a red eye flight so this was frustrating. Later. another manager apologized and said it wasn’t supposed to happen and offered us a complimentary meal at onsite sushi restaurant - which was excellent. All in all we would recommend this property due to location, suite size, cleanliness, free breakfast, beautiful pool, and (amphitheater) style tennis courts.

When we first arrived the hotel looked amazing everything seemed like we’d got a bargain however when you look closer you find: everything is unclean, the walls in the room look like a murder scene, the shower only partly works, the shower is also covered in mould, the hot tub was broken apart from one section of it (seems like it’s been that way for awhile), hot tub was also cover in mould and so was the pool, broken glass in the pool area, broken glass in the lift. The hotel just looks like nobody bothered to fix anything. Staff were friendly and helpful but the price you pay for the state of the room and faculties doesn’t even get close to what is expected
