The location was excellent for our visit to London, the hotel was clean and beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious for London, clean, comfortable and had good amenities including a coffee machine, toiletries, gowns and slippers. The bed was comfortable, for us a little too soft, however we slept well with quality bedding and the surrounding area was quiet. Breakfast was excellent with good choice and tasteful food. Staff were professional and welcoming.

The staff were fantastic - they made us feel so welcome and as it was my husband’s birthday weekend all of the staff no matter where we went wished him a happy birthday!
The location was great and we walked everywhere - no need to get the tube. We will definitely be back next time we’re in London
