Awesome location. Very stylish hotel in a very quiet neighborhood. We slept with the window open. So quiet. 1.5 blocks from Earls Court station on the picadilly line. Very convenient. Really good hearty full breakfast buffet every morning. Would definitely stay here again

I booked a single room with a twin bed. On arrival was checked in and give card to my room. Went in to find a very small boxed room with one single bed and no windows. Paid £140 for the worst room I have stayed at and I’m 44. Complained to the receptionist who said cannot help as the hotel is fully booked. Told to complain to Expedia which I did to no avail. Property is falsely advertised as you do not get what you are paying for. Highly disappointed
