The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

Le personnel de l’accueil est super, tous très gentils et disponibles. L’emplacement a été parfait pour moi. Le quartier est très intéressant, plusieurs bons cafés et restos. La chambre était très grande et vieux style (meuble, couleur, draperie mais bon, pas grave). Mais ma chambre m’a été remise sans doute le ménage non terminé: marque rouge sur le bord du bain, pâte à dent dans le lavabo, pas de serviettes pour les mains, petit tas de cheveux et poussière sur le tapis, eau de la machine à café restante et cup à café utilisés dans la machine. Le matelas était très inconfortable, on voit qu’il est affaissé juste à le regarder. Quand j’ai fait faire ma chambre pendant mon séjour, la balayeuse dans la salle de bain n’était pas faite (mes cheveux sont restés au sol et la marque rouge du bain, j’ai fini par l’enlever moi-même), les tisanes que je consommais pas remplacées. Mais j’ai eu 2 serviettes à mains! Donc conclusion, pour la propreté de ma chambre et le matelas je n’y retournerais pas, mais pour tout le reste c’est un excellent choix.

The best selling point for this hotel is their staff and management. Nothing is too much trouble. I did not give excellent on ammeneties because the swimming pool and jacuzzi was not available. A temporary problem I am told. My upgrade to a suite of rooms was sincerely appreciated. The rooms were cleaned well every day. The breakfast buffet is good value for money. Perhaps a better quality orange juice and apple juice would be appreciated. I will return and I have no hesitation to suggest this hotel to everybody.

Hotel was quiet and peaceful. Just what I wanted. Breakfast was good and my room was cleaned daily.
