Family friendly , food was decent, great price thiugh and location. I would go back

My sister and friends' 50th bday celebration was a massive success at this beautiful property. The staff was magnificent especially Ayman, Luwa, other front desk staff and staff in general. 10 out of 10!

Hot tub was a super fun experience and the views was amazing

The only reason this got 3 stars was because of the great staff and proximity to the airport. Beyond that, it was a disappointing stay. Extremely limited food and drink options for an “all-inclusive”, generic wine, and Heineken the only beer on tap. Really??? Also, the reservation-only dining was laughable. Same food as the main dining hall but slightly dressed-up with white tablecloths. Very underwhelming. Will not return - between the appearance of value with very little behind it, and guests smoking everywhere, it was a big miss

End of season sunshine. The hotel at this time of the year is I assume much quieter which suited us as this was our second visit. We were upgraded to Signature Level at check-in and welcomed by the same receptionist as last year with warmth. The food is more than satisfactory in the main restaurant, there really should be no problem finding something you like, the quality is also very good. The Gaucho steakhouse was excellent and we really enjoyed lunch at the food truck. Staff were friendly and attentive. All said a job well done TRS Ibiza. Oh, and hands down the best place to see the sunset - The Gravity rooftop bar!
