Excellent hotel to stay at when visiting Mall of America. Very convenient to Mall and the light rail station. Hotel was clean and safe, elevators were quick.

Great location and staff very friendly

Great hotel but the gym needs attention from someone who understands how a gym is used. Looks good but not functional: (1) a single bench placed directly in front of the weights; (2) broken equipment, incl a treadmill, Peleton and I think a piece of equipment I did not recognize; and (3) the body odour smell was overwhelming both days that I was in there.

Location, service and fitness area.

The hotel is beautiful quiet and clean. But the only issue we had was the customer service. They told us 1 thing and it wasn’t what they said . We also had to pay for the parking lot ect… and i booked guest for 2 so there was no enough towels. There was only 1 robe . The room we had the tv was placed side ways it was really hard to watch a movie and the room i choose had city view but we didn’t get that also

So easy to pop over from the airport. Great room, nice and clean with great A/C! Helpful and accommodating staff!

Very, clean, comfortable and beautiful hotel. However, the night we arrived, there was an event near the pool deck. The pool area was crowded, guests staying at the hotel had to wait 25-30 minutes for service or a drink vs. the event guests. Guests using the pool area were also subject to other guests crowding the pool area for a fashion show.
