Great experience everyone at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

The location was superb. We could walk and did walk everywhere: Sol, Debod, Retiro, Prado, Malasaña, Chueca, Latina, you name it. The room was spacious and felt like a 5 star hotel. Room was cleaned daily.

The ac in the room has a pump that sounds loud all the night. Room 2053

Fabulous place to stay if you want to be in the Middle of the tourist area. Next to Plaza Mayor and within walking distance of a lot of major attractions.

The hotel is situated in a residential neighborhood with a Metro stop just 2 blocks away so it was very easy to get around. The staff is very professional and the rooms were well appointed.

Excellent amenities specially for the kids. They loved their surprise. Great location and service. Drop off entrance was being remodeled at the time this the only reason why I’m rating the property with 4 stars. Otherwise would be a 5 star rating.
