Staff and hotel itself excellent . We understand that most of tourists at Kineta Hotel are brought in by French spiking tour providers, and that’s awesome, but a bit more of English announcement would be much appreciated. I personally think what you need to improve is the quality of your drinks for all inclusive. The coffee was not strong, because it was instant not from beans, the cocktails were poorly made and all of it were served in paper cups that got soaked in minutes. The place all together is wonderful in terms of food,views and hospitality.
