Northern Rome All inclusive Holidays

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!! LIZARDS IN ROOM AND NO REFUND FOR LEAVING!!!! About an hour after we checked into our room, we noticed our bath tub did not have a shower head. My fiance politely asked the woman at the front desk if they happened to have any rooms with shower heads, he was met with a NASTY attitude as she bluntly told him "well you should have said something sooner because now the room isnt ready for use" and after a really uncomfortable exchange, finally agreed to show him a few rooms. Once we came back down to the lobby to tell them we were ready to move, we were given strange looks, more passive aggressive attitude from both the woman and the man at the desk as they gave us the new key. Once we got to the new room, there were not one but TWO LIZARDS IN THE ROOM. ONE RAN ACROSS MY LUGGAGE AND THE OTHER WAS ON OUR CEILING ABOVE THE BED. At this point we were simply not comfortable staying at the hotel so we politely brought our bags down and informed them of the situation and let them know we would be leaving. When we told them about the lizards, again met with an attitude and said "well we are in nature thats going to happen". I am sorry but I did NOT sign up to sleep with lizards at this "luxury" hotel. When we asked to speak with a manager we were brushed off and told he wouldnt speak with us and that we would not be receiving a refund for the room because we already switched rooms once. I have never left a bad review in my LIFE but needed to WARN people.

A wonderful stay with elegant rooms, nice restaurant, attentive service, and thoughtful touches throughout. The staff made us feel welcome from arrival to departure. Would happily return.

Hi. Can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. It’s a perfectly positioned property so you are within walking distance of most attractions. It a boutique hotel so it’s small but everything is spaced out nicely and it has everything you could need for an extended stay. Khaled the main concierge gentleman was exceptional. He helped us with everything we needed and even went above and beyond to call our tour company when our flight was 10 hours delayed. FYI avoid United airlines at all costs. It’s the third time going to Europe that we have experienced major delays!! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome. We will be back for our next trip to Rome. Thanks again!!
