Nice hotel with great location close to the Vatican. Anything you need is walking distance. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was satisfying and the facilities were adequate. Our only complaint can be the glass bathroom shower doors in room 101.

Hotel opened in February. Clean lines, nice feel to lobby, bar, breakfast room. Our junior suite was large, comfortable, well appointed. Fabiana and staff colleagues provided excellent service and suggestions for restaurants, etc. Buffet breakfast was ample and good. I would return without question.

The rooms are very small and the elevators, even smaller. However, the staff wss extremely helpful and kind. The location is close to many of the main sights that you want to see

The staff was extremely helpful and showed us to our room. Since the bed was set up as a double I had to split it in to a twin no big deal due to our late arrival...but I found hair in the bed and on the mattress covers. The curtain in the room were stained and dirty..I did find the bathroom to be exceptionally clean. The property needs a bit of updating in the rooms. Breakfast was great. Staff again was so kind and helpful but for sure small details in the room were missed.

The hotel is centrally located to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast is delicious but now the pastry offerings are self serve which I don’t like. Please note, there isn’t an electrical outlet in the bathroom for a blow dryer or flat iron. Also, the TV doesn’t allow for casting and was quite old.

Best part was the location. It was walkable from key tourist spots as well as from bus stops. We would stay here again only for that reason. Room and property were clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Only one little complaint is that the door handles on the closet door were utterly useless. Opening the closet doors was a pain.

This is a great place if you want to be in the city Center! We really enjoyed it! It is not a quiet place if you’re looking for that, but we knew it would be in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We could shop down the street and catch taxis very easily. Restaurants were good. We like the location and the hotel itself was nice! The room was smaller than expected, but it was very convenient for us with the two kids. Everyone had their own beds. And even a little table in there to eat.

We loved our stay.! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and beds extremely comfortable. And OH.....the rooftop restaurant was incredible. Beautiful views, great drinks and appetizers. And the included breakfast was again, incredible. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Well done Hotel L'Orologio!
