"The bedrooms were very clean and nicely kept and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms do not have an ensuite and access to the bathroom is by a key. This is clear when you book. The rooms are very convenient for the metro which is great. However either the other guests or the neighbours (hard to tell at 5am) were pretty noisy. "In a word: flawless. The staff was always friendly and helpful; the room was lovely; the bar and restaurant were clean and attractively decorated. We loved the lavish breakfast buffet (included). The hotel was recommended by friends as a good place to stay in "normal Rome," away from the tourist centers, and it is that, yet it's a nice walk (less than 30 minutes) to the Borghese Gallery and the huge park containing it, and a short Uber ride to the Vatican, St Peter's and other major tourist sites."

"The front desk customer service agents were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Room were very clean and no smoking smell. Things that I needed for my room were fulfilled immediately after I requested. It was a great stay. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be closer to the Vatican.
