"Unfortunately we did not receive the room we booked due to an error. Although the staff couldn't fix this problem they were very kind and helpful on the first day. When we were able to move rooms on the 2nd day, the staff member helping us was acting very weird and almost paranoid, this was really unpleasant. The rooms do not look like the picture at all. Location of hotel was great, very easy to reach."

The rooms are very convenient for the metro which is great. However either the other guests or the neighbours (hard to tell at 5am) were pretty noisy. "We just left Rome and our Hotel was in very nice neighborhood close to Metro line B Bologna which is 9 min walk from hotel to connect us to city center. Beds were very comfortable we had 3 twin bed room with 2 long closets for all three of our clothes nice medium size bathroom and staff at front desk GREAT CREW "
