Very clean nice and friendly. Very unfortunate the pool is only open 'till 6 pm. You can't check in till 4. By the time you get settled in pool is closed. Unfair to travels who want to enjoy pool after long travel.

Check in was a nightmare, over an hour, got there 530 and didn’t get into room until 7. Tried online check in and after finishing process turns out they had closed the kiosks to get the keys so total waste of time. Rest of stay was great though, awesome room, great restaurants and the show Absinthe was 10/10. They just need to be able to handle check ins for the size of the resort.
