8.8/10 Excellent! (900 reviews)
I did not think the hotel was worth what I paid for. Pretty pricey. The staff was not very welcoming when I arrived. No smiles whenever we'd come and go. Very disappointed. Also, the room was very small. The plus side is it was close to the metro. The train is very close to the duomo and historic center.

9.6/10 Exceptional! (1,008 reviews)
Beautiful hotel typical of a Relais & Chateau. Rooms and bathrooms were a good size and well appointed. Staff were polite and very helpful. About 20 minutes away from the Duomo. Area felt very safe. We were happy and would recommend to others.

9/10 Wonderful! (868 reviews)
The hotel is clean, cozy, and conveniently located in the heart of Milan, less than a 10-minute walk from the Galleria and the Duomo. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, along with excellent shopping. The surrounding area is beautiful, making it a wonderful place to stay while exploring the city!
