I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and attentive service from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a lovely balcony.
Dinner on Moroccan night was delicious with plenty of high-quality options, and the evening show was amazing—my daughter loved it, and we even joined the dancing. The kids club was exceptional, with activities morning and afternoon; my daughter barely left because she enjoyed it so much.
There are many activities for adults too—tennis, football, table tennis, daily classes, parties, and shows. The food had a different theme every night, with great variety and live cooking stations.
The free shuttle to Marrakech centre was a huge bonus, and airport transport was reasonably priced. With sunshine every day, our week was incredible.
A big thank you to the activities team and the kids club team, you truly made our stay special. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.
