Great location and hotel.

Spotless, clean, elegant, and comfortable room with very accommodating staff!

The hotel is super fancy and pretty. Our room was big, decent size. Everything you buy at the hotel is outrageously expensive. We ate at the restaurant, (Mediterranean) and it was super expensive for what you're getting and the menu is limited. Go across the street, (Tons of restaurants). They do have a cute coffee shop in the lobby but note the sandwiches are already made, but their pastries are yummy. Don't expect great service. The food by the pool is "meh".

Great location and hotel.

The beds were comfy, staff was outstanding, and it was far enough away from the busy parts of the city and yet comfortably close enough to everything!

Lovely staff. Incredible property. The hype is real. This is by far and away the nicest property we’ve stayed at in Manhattan in a long time.

Beautiful stay and location staff was nice and accommodating. Would recommend Patience during holiday/Christmas season!!
