Perfect place if you need to go to the Cartuja. Hotel is good and the staff is very helpful.

Location and boutique feel to the property. Everything was walkable, and many wonderful restaurants close by. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Everything was okay. Check-in line was long. Rooms were nice but some updating was needed. Staff were friendly. Location was a bit far from the city center.

Most amazing staff in all of Spain. Special shout out to Pedro for helping me after I fainted. His quick thinking ensured my safety and well being. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the location cannot be beat. Centrally located to all the must see spots. Clean and well maintained. Please keep in mind that this structure has been around since the 1500s. Updates have been tastefully done, but it is an older building. If you're looking for modern- this is not your spot. If you want charm, history, and tradition- please book here. Pros- location, staff (outstanding), cleanliness. Cons - not the most comfortable bed
