Perfect location with restaurant and shopping mile in a walking distance

The parking was free including un the underground garage if you check in online. Reception check in was brilliantly fast and efficient and luckily the room was available early. We love the garden and huge open spaces . Traditional and modern architecture. Access to Mon Brio via the Spa ( very good price in the week) is a feature we value greatly. The shower was hot, the bed comfortable, the balcony and seating with view of the pool was all much appreciated as was the friendly staff at all levels of the team . Enhorabuena! The room was wonderful and the hotel staff was SUPER-HELPFUL in assisting us in finding great restaurants and in finding where we needed to go to take our tours. They were very friendly and helpful.

This was a fantastic hotel with an extremely helpful staff. The location is ideal for tourists -- near the cathedral, easy walking distance to all the Gothic Quarter and El Born activities. We stayed in a junior suite and it was excellent -- nice amount of space and a gorgeous view of the beautiful architecture in the area. The rooftop pool area and bar was excellent; we spent a couple of sunsets up there, which was nice because as hotel guests, we had priority over the visitors who lined up outside to get up there. The staff provided outstanding customer service throughout, including excellent housekeeping. The breakfast was top notch, as well. Overall, it was a great stay and we'd definitely want to return when back in Barcelona.

The hotel is right next to Sagrada Familliar only 5 minutes walk. The location is good. Close to all main attractions. Front staff is very cheerful and friendly.

Excellence hotel useful staff great breakfast however the lifts weren't the best

We had ants in our room but they quickly switch our room.
