Deliberately falsely advertised as a hotel with swimming pool, gym, parking etc. But it was only a 3 bed end of terrace house with no signs to state it was B &B.
Business room selected but we got a tiny room with No facilities! No room TV, No Tea making facilities, No en-suite, no chairs, no table, etc. There was only one bathroom shared with 3 bedrooms!
No free parking so we had to park on the payment risking a parking fine.
No swimming pool or gym or restaurant on site! You had to travel over a mile to find them!
Sleep was interrupted by planes from Heathrow airport!
Do not even think about staying here!!!
100% unsatisfactory! We are so upset, outraged and disappointed.

Breakfast is excellent and good varieties. Need to have a sofa or a few lounge chairs at the reception area for guest to sit around while waiting for friends or share ride

Breakfast was cold and the room was very very busy . But it was half term so lots of kids . I think it would be better when the kids are in school. The lifts are very slow so you have to wait some time for them to.

The staff was really helpful and great. But a few things were very off for me. There were absolutely no toilet amenities just a hair dryer nothing else. Secondly as a 4 star hotel I expected that the rooms would have basic water at least but it wasn’t provided. All over the world I have traveled even 3 star hotels provide water now free. I talked to the staff but they said please buy it we don’t give for free. The hotel was relatively upgraded. But it is just basic to a room as there is no gym or anything else. But the front desk was 24 hours which was a plus.
