Great staff, kind, attentive in a centrally located place buzzing with activity. Super cool hotel and rooms, water ran lukewarm for me in the shower and couldn't be adjusted but not a huge deal and perhaps just bad luck during my stay. Would stay again!

Outstanding location in historic building is let down by understaffed and mediocre service. The hotel has no spa, no gym and breakfast area is shared with external guests. Hopelessly understaffed cafe with kind but inadequate service and speed. Communal areas need immediate renovation.

Staying at Pavillion de la Reine was such a luxurious treat! We stayed in the apartment on site (le pavillion) with two teenagers .. lots of room, space to relax and unwind after long days of sightseeing.
It had the best breakfast every day & we really enjoyed the helpful, polite and delightful staff.
