Despite its location is far away from other casinos and resorts of LV strip, the new facility plus the hospitality of the staff would make you feel happy and relaxed.

The staff in the main entrance of the hotel was rude. We got there late and we didn’t know how to get around. The main entrance staff was completely awful the guys talked to us so rude. The cleaning ladies and the staff at the front desk were really nice. Over all not so bad experience.

Stayed at the hotel for a full week. On arrival our room wasn’t ready, even though a number of messages to request a twin room was sent and acknowledged. The room was so dark, no natural light. I asked to move rooms the reception staff was so rude and did not help to resolve our request. Lights bulbs were not working, three of them. Which didn’t help - no natural light either. It was like staying in a cave. See the pictures. One day our room wasn’t serviced by 6pm. I asked reception to resolve and no apology was given. I was made to feel that I was the problem. Breakfast was good but was never offered coffee. We did have an excellent experience on the rooftop bar. Staff very friendly especially the man with milo the dog. He is a real asset to the hotel. Tapas food was perfect. A massive plus is the location. Very easy walking distance to most of the tourist attractions.

Every single staff member I encountered was helpful and courteous. My room was clean, spacious and inviting.

Daily cleaning was poor. They barely cleaned the bathroom. We found the same hair everyday in the same spot!

The place and amenities were really nice. The only bad thing was the bathroom got nasty really quick so for me the shared bathrooms won’t work. But they do have private bathroom rooms. Other than the dirty bathrooms not getting cleaned enough everything was great, location and space.
