Staff: friendly and patience
Breakfast: $24/ person, many choices, very busy but organized
Rooms: clean and beds are comfortable
It’s a good hotel in general compared to other hotels in NYC.

I would not stay here again but the food was very good and shower water pressure was awesome. Room set up was not convenient, lights were confusing, room did not cool properly, floors creaked, terrible view from window, TV and remote were slow, and staff was helpful.

The rooms are clean and the staff is very approachable. The location is excellent—close to everything. However, there is no fridge or microwave in the room, and if there is a shared one downstairs, it doesn't seem accessible to guests.

This is my preferred hotel during my trips to New York. It’s clean, safe and has a very pleasant atmosfere. The area on the second floor, which has snacks, cold and hot drinks available at all hours of the day, is a delightful place to read book.

NobleDEN is a great hotel placed perfectly near little Italy and Chinatown. Subway stops were not far away you are surrounded by great food options. The staff were very nice, friendly and accommodating. Always greeted you when you left and returned. Would stay here again. The view from the roof was pretty and a nice spot to relax. The rooms were clean and kept tidy. House keeping was friendly and helpful.
