Dublin (DUB) to Reykjavik (KEF)
9/10 Wonderful! (1,004 reviews)
I checked 5 stars for most of the main questions for this survey but in the end, the whole experience was just "OK". The room arrangement and furniture style was not efficient and walking through the room requires a bit of maneuvering. The lighting controls were confusing and the bedside light switch was hard to reach. All the bedroom power sockets are very close to the floor.
I am a big person and I found the chairs extremely small and low to the floor, making them very uncomfortable. The bed seemed like it had a supporting bar running the length of the mattress in the middle - I felt as if I was rolling over a hump left or right all night.
That said, the staff was very helpful and kind. The location is great for the tourist area. And everything was very clean.

Front staff was so pleasant! She came up and fixed my tv. Room was nice and clean. Property was nice and quiet. Easy to get to and was close to Reykjavík.
